Participating
Provider Agreement.
CallRN reserves the right to deny
participation for any Provider who:
(a) fails to provide us with satisfactory evidence
of any of the required information referenced above,
or
(b) is discovered through the reference and/or background
checks referenced above to have a record that would
– in the sole judgment of CallRN -- place
CallRN at risk by referring clients to the said
provider.
